Results:
- High protein consumption (meat and dairy products) increases the risk of developing cancer, diabetes and it accelerates mortality rates in both animals and humans.
- There is a link between high level of IGF-1 growth hormone, mortality rate and high consumption of animal derived protein (milk and dairy products contain a high level of IGF-1.
- People from the age of 65 onwards have to be careful about protein consumption.
- Animal-derived proteins have detrimental effects on health, something which does not occur with a plant-derived protein diet.
A remark for animal lovers: People who have an animal at home should pay careful attention to their diet, feeding them meat-based proteins they can damage their health.
